A quick download of the first few installments of the famous teen mystery thriller series Pretty Little Liars introduces us properly to Hanna Marin’s character. She is the kindest among the four girls, and the most popular damsel in Rosewood, since Allison went missing.
Ashley Benson, the young actress carrying out Hanna’s role has been much admired in the series and now it seems as if she is being reckoned as someone perfect to carry out roles in films involving a pack of leading ladies.
Recently, Ashley confirmed she has been roped into the cast of Harmony Korine’s latest upcoming film, Spring Breakers.
The plot resembles to that of her trademark teen drama on TV, as it revolves around four young girls, who decide to do anything possible in order to get hold of enough dough to finance their spring trip.
Ashely will be casted as one of the four leading ladies in the film along with the likes of Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez.
The four girls in this film end up robbing a bank, and then eventually behind bars. So, yeah the story is exciting and did need someone like Ashley to retain the spoilt flavor of youth in the film.
Ashley has expressed her happiness at being a part and parcel of the project that might take away the box-office by storm very soon. Emma Roberts opted out from the cast lately, and it was after her departure that Ashley stepped into the cast.
The creators went on to confirm that Ashley wasn’t Emma’s replacement and that the fourth leading lady will be recruited soon.
So Ashley is on her way to the silver screen, and as she should have, she made it a point to thank all her fans and the Hollywood biggies for all their support.
